**About the Role**

We are now seeking a highly motivated & dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. Specialisting in the retail industry, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with leading retail companies. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract top talent.
- Business development, building a desk of retail clients to partner with now & in the future.

**Key Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:

- Retail Management experience is preferable, in a fast paced or sales driven environment.
- Strong understanding of retail roles, trends, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Computer literacy is an absolute must.
- Self-motivator with a natural drive to exceed sales targets.
