**ABOUT THE COMPANY** - A state of the art Dealership located within the South-East suburbs of Melbourne. Part of a large progressive multiple franchise automotive group housing one of the world's most recognizable and prestigious brands, these dealerships are committed to delivering first-class customer service.

**ABOUT THE ROLE** - Positioned in a dedicated office within a prestige dealership, this role is part of a team of 4 and reports into the Group CRM Manager. You will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience for service, managing all inbound and outbound calls for 3 dealerships, including pre bookings, problem solving and some light promotions.

**YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;**
- Utilising CRM systems whilst maintaining database - Pentana EraPower and OEM systems experience advantageous
- Complaint Handling, problem solving
- Inbound and Outbound Service booking calls
- Booking service appointments
- Service Retention outbound calls
- Identifying Customer Servicing needs - Fastlane, Interactive Services

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR;**
- An experienced Call Centre or Customer Service professional - automotive dealership experience advantageous
- Someone passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven inbound call experience, appointment setting and objection handling
- A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
- Mature and calm demeanour with the ability to manage customer concerns, problem solve and think on your feet
