Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Melbourne Airport Rail and the Western Rail Plan including fast rail between key regional cities and Melbourne.

About the role
The Completions Coordinator will provide assistance and direction with a “completion from the start” approach and culture in line with RPV completions and handover framework. You will be accountable for contributing to a consistent and progressive completions approach, develop reporting systems and knowledge across RPV to inform a range of stakeholders on completions requirements. The role will work closely with all contract packages to assist and develop completions requirements associated with monthly completions dashboard reporting.

**Key skills needed to be successful in the role**:

- Good knowledge of commercial and behavioural considerations associated with project completion, practical completion and defects management, preferably in different contracting models.
- Highly developed written communication skills to compile and develop professional, technical and quality project documentation of a complex nature for consideration by stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, consultants and developers to achieve project objectives and manage ambiguity, preferably in complex relationships within large projects.

About you
You will be a highly focused and driven person who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes. You will be a qualified Engineer or similar discipline with experience working within large projects.
