An exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing individual to join the Information Technology branch of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) in the role of Service Support Analyst. Your Impact
In this role, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing customer-focused first and second-level ICT support in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Overseeing the administration and maintenance of a diverse array of IT tools including local area networks, PCs, operating systems, conferencing tools, and more.
- Coordinating the delivery of ICT services and supplies, liaising with both internal and external sources.
- Ensuring peak performance and service levels by coordinating support and fulfilment tasks and offering advice on ICT-related issues within our corporate framework.
- Consistently expanding your understanding of the department's strategic objectives, our ICT framework, and the fast-evolving IT landscape.

Who You Are
**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- Ability to engage in an on-call roster and undertake extra hours or weekend work as needed.
- A background in Microsoft solutions, ITIL, or similar disciplines is strongly favoured.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- A background in technical support, coupled with direct experience in delivering customer service within a Call Centre or Service Centre.
