**About the role**
You will assist with triage of 1st and 2nd level support for our users and end user computing (EUC) fleet through requests and escalations received by the IT ServiceDesk, under the supervision of the Information Technology team members.
You will also be the first point of contact for all IT support issues within the organisation, as well as undertaking management of IT assets across the business.
Additionally, with guidance, you will assist in providing IT service and change management across the organisation. Where necessary, produce Knowledge base articles and guides for common end user problems across the team and record common problems/processes for team knowledge.
This role is a Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) position.
**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
This is a junior position, however exposure, experience and or knowledge of the following will be highly regarded.
- Application of Microsoft product suites
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Teams Administration
- SharePoint Online
- Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Entra-ID and On-premises Active Directories
- Intune MDM for EUC
- ITIL Service, Change and Asset Management
- Negotiation and problem-solving matters in a timely manner
- Strong time management and organised in your daily tasks
- Worked in a team environment and ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with end users and find a workable solution
- Highly motivated and desire to learn
- Be adaptable and resilient to work in a busy and changeable work environment
