Join Michael Hill as a People Experience Coordinator in our global Human Resources Team. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, and working from our amazing support office in Cannon Hill, this permanent role will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for our people and leaders who require information or support related to people policies, systems, and processes.

You will be a valued and trusted source of HR expertise who provides exceptional internal customer service. As a first point of contact you will guide Team Members and Leaders with their HR and Talent Acquisition enquiries or transactional needs.

In addition, responsibilities include the creation of team member documentation including contracts and letters related to employment, advising on internal HR processes and escalating matters to our specialist HR Business Partners or Talent Acquisition Partners.

The role will require working a varied hours between 7am, & 5pm, Monday to Friday to meet the global business needs. Michael Hill also provides a flexible working environment by allowing a mix of working from both home (1 - 2 days per week) and the office (3 - 4 days per week).

- Excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of HR related processes
- Systems savvy with a general curiosity and willingness to learn
- Adaptable, resilient and flexible in a changing work environment
- HR degree or related field preferred, however not essential. We will also consider completing HR degree provided you are able to commit to working fulltime hours
