The Role

We are seeking an experienced People Service Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support for all L&D programmes, ensuring operational efficiency and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support for 13 L&D initiatives and programmes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain the L&D Calendar: Coordinate and manage the L&D calendar, ensuring all training events are scheduled and communicated effectively.
  • Training Event Coordination: Coordinate training events, including room booking, venue hire, and administration of training materials and invoicing.
  • SuccessFactors Learning Records Management: Manage L&D programme records in SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Centralised L&D Inbox Management: Manage the centralised L&D inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Setup and Purchase Order Management: Set up vendors and manage purchase orders for L&D training invoices.
  • Monthly Reporting: Collate and report on L&D training metrics, providing insights for programme improvement.
About You
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite.
