Specialist Talent Partner
About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and agile Talent Acquisition Partner to join our specialist team for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. By joining Guardian, you will be welcomed into a high-energy and driven culture where we work smart while having a great time.
This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the end to end recruitment for our centres. To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, forward thinker and someone who has strong networks in the industry to pipeline future talent in both the active and passive markets.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner working within the sector, whether it be in an agency or internal setting.
**To be considered, you will be experienced in**:
End-to-end recruitment within internal or agency;
Experienced in creating and implementing sourcing strategies in order to meet business needs
Strong relationship management and consulting skills
Experience using JobAdder or similar software (preferable)
