Are you a compassionate and organized administrative coordinator with a passion for making a difference in the lives of people in disability or aged care? SMAART Recruitment has partnered with a prominent NDIS organisation to seek a dedicated
**Onboarding Coordinator** to join their
**Chadstone** team.

In this position you will play a pivotal role in the company being the middle man between clients and support workers, as well as their first point of contact. Your role will ensure a seamless and positive experience in onboarding clients and support workers and addressing their inquiries. Tasks include rostering, general admin and paperwork, as well as recruitment and HR related duties.

Their friendly, close-knit team is dedicated to providing exceptional individualised care, for NDIS participants to maintain more independence within the aged care and disability sector.

**About the position**:

- Facilitating the onboarding process for clients and support workers within the NDIS sector.
- Responding to inquiries from clients, their families, and support workers. Providing information about available services, participant plans, and NDIS processes.
- Managing administrative tasks related to client records, service agreements, and compliance documents.
- Developing support worker rosters that align with the client’s needs.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 + Super
- Full time permanent position, Monday-Friday, regular office hours
- Extensive 2-4 weeks paid training

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, such as admin support in HR or recruitment.
- Experience in the disability or healthcare sector highly regarded but not needed to apply.
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework and regulations would be ideal, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient understanding of MS Suite, CRM and affinity with software.
