To continue to support our growth, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and capable Facilities and Operations Coordinator to make a valuable contribution to KOR’s continued success.

**About the Role**

The Facilities & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for all facility management and maintenance activities at our Dandenong & Mulgrave sites plus supporting and managing product setups, exhibitions and shows. In addition, they shall facilitate customer product hand overs. The key activities are centered around;
**Facility Management - **Overarching responsibility for both our Dandenong & Mulgrave sites to develop, implement facility standards of excellence inclusive of corrective and preventative actions, security, cleaning and vendor management.

**Product Delivery Quality** - Conduct quality assurance on detailed products before hand over to clients. Periodically review quality with the pre-delivery department to ensure quality issues are effectively communicated.

**Exhibition / Show Management** - Manage the setup process with OEMs and suppliers for all exhibitions / shows. Ensuring exhibition jobs are raised for each product to document details and track status with KOR staff, OEMs and suppliers plus reporting on exhibition outcomes as required.

To be successful you will require previous experience in a facility-based role coupled with technical experience along with a focus on quality output. The skills abilities and attributes that we are seeking will be an;
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of departments to organise, plan and achieve company goals.
- Capability to manage multiple issues and activities at any time across multiple suppliers to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability. 
- Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with suppliers.
