**About the Role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to the Head of School, Course Coordinator, and other academic staff.
- Participating in the administration, assessment, and examination of students.

**Selection Criteria**
- Hold a Masters degree or PhD in a relevant Social Science discipline.
- Previous lecturing and teaching experience would be an advantage.
- An understanding of concepts, theories, and emerging trends in the Social Sciences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students; ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with colleagues.
- Technological literacy and experience in developing online communication tools and previous experience in online education is desirable.
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diversity and ability to work with students, staff, and administrators, including pastoral skills in mentoring staff and supporting students.
