**About the Role**

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating the administrative support needs of the Social Work Field Education programs.
- Providing support to the Lecturer and Field Education Coordinator, and students enrolled in the field education units.
- Ensuring the learning activities of field education are operated effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining industry partnerships through communication and liaison duties.
- Participation in the field education student-placement allocation process.
- Peparation of documents for moderation and final grades.

**Selection Criteria**

**Qualifications and Professional Standing**:

- Possession of a degree level qualification in administration or social work (or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training).
- Subsequent work experience, preferably working in a higher education setting.

**Essential**:

- Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation.
- Ability to provide advice relating to organisational policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in organisation, administration of record keeping.
- Ability to uphold ethical integrity while performing duties of a sensitive nature including calculating student grades, handling petty cash, and maintaining confidentiality of personal details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work appropriately with students, faculty, and administrators, independently as well as in a busy team environment.

This full-time position is based in Macquarie Park.
