Our Commercial team in Queensland, is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This role based in Brisbane CBD** **will assist with growing and developing our Queensland clients with a requirement for occasional travel to client sites.

**DUTIES**

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Business sales and development
- Lead generation
- Management of national occupational health contracts and service delivery
- Coordinating and supporting Corporate and Remote Occupational Health programs
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
- Key account management
- Build awareness of the product range and brand within the local Sonic HealthPlus clinics and geographic areas
- Monitor and assist with all relevant tenders and contracts
- Actively engage customers and assess their needs, qualify appropriately, and aligning SHP solutions with their needs

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven expert prospecting, selling and negotiating skills in the occupational health or related industry, including networking and partnering
- Effective and creative customer problem solving skills
- Demonstrated analytical and financial skills to identify patterns and draw conclusions from data and correlate data with business need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone manner
- Degree qualification in Business or other related field
- 3 or more years of sales experience; business to business or healthcare experience highly regarded
- Experience in CRM software
- Current valid driver’s license
