Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Partner at OnTalent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Career and

Leadership Services Delivery:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their context and needs to propose appropriate solutions. Transform client briefs into well-structured proposals. Ensure the seamless delivery of Career and Leadership workshops, webinars, and participant programs.

  • Business Development**: Develop and manage a highperforming portfolio of clients, aiming for repeat business and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Become an expert in your chosen sector, providing valuable market intelligence and insights to enhance our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Leadership**: Demonstrate leadership qualities, mentor new team members, and embody the OnTalent values.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record in providing leadership, career, and consulting services.
  • Expertise in the chosen sector, with an indepth understanding of market trends.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding and networking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
