**The opportunity**
Every person at Icon plays an important role in delivering exceptional care to patients. And as a
**Group Digital Content Creator**, you'll contribute to the improvement of individual and organisational performance by providing expertise in the delivery of capability, learning and development support to the entire business.

Based in our head office in
**South Brisbane**, you will
***join our collaborative HR Group Capability, & Learning Development (C, & LD) team on a
**full-time 12-month contract.**

- Promoting C, & LD and developing strategies to create and sustain a positive culture of employee engagement, retention and career management via the ongoing mechanism of C, & LD
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the Group Learning Management System and other digital learning delivery mechanisms
- Using multimedia development tools to create learning assets/materials including animations, assessments and activities
- Designing a range of online L&D programs, initiatives, tools and resources
- Contributing to, and in some cases leading the analysis, design and development of online C, & LD programs and initiatives
- Testing and contributing to the continuous improvement of C, & LD programs, tools and resources
- Supporting the management of organisational risk by ensuring C, & LD programs support business leadership and project risk management

**About you**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar digital learning development role
- Previous experience designing a range of online L&D programs, initiatives, tools and resources for diverse audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of learning concepts and design methodology, particularly in the context of online/digital learning mediums
- Ability to analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best learning solution
- An understanding of learning assessment and evaluation methodology
- Highly proficient in the use of multimedia development tools, including graphic design, HTML/Web publishing and animation
- Passionate, creative and adaptable attitude
