Norwex is seeking a skilled and creative Vlogger/ Video Content Creator to join our team and assist the marketing and training departments in creating captivating internal video content for marketing and promotion, social media campaigns, and consultant training.

**About the role**
As the Vlogger at Norwex, you will play a vital role in producing engaging video content that showcases the brand and its products. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming video ideas, filming and editing videos, publishing content on social media platforms, collaborating with other departments, and utilising your graphic design skills to create promotional materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and create video concepts and outlines for marketing and training purposes.
- Film and edit high-quality videos that align with our brand message and visual identity.
- Publish and promote videos on various social media platforms and websites.
- Collaborate with other content creators and departments to ensure seamless integration of video content in marketing campaignsAttend events or meetups related to vlogging and video production to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Stay informed about social media platforms and algorithms to optimise video reach and engagement.

**About you**
Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience in video recording and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to create visually appealing promotional materials.
- Competent use of video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content promotion.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative video concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- A passion for video production, storytelling, and a keen eye for detail

This is a high collaboration role across the various internal functions and is based full-time in the Norwex North Lakes office. We are looking for a confident individual who would be comfortable partnering closely with the broader marketing and commercial teams, both in Australia and overseas.
