The role is based in Glenroy, Melbourne. We are a privately owned dental practice. **Our dental practice **is a growing business. Patient satisfaction and customer service are our highest priority.

We are seeking a **Front Office Coordinator **to join our friendly team. A person with a sales background is strongly urged to apply. Please take into consideration your residential location and travel times to ensure the location is practical for you. This role is predominately front facing, running the reception desk and all the other usual administration duties that are the day to day of a dental practice, including marketing the business to our patient base, and helping us grow the business.

**The role**:

- **A minimum of 12 months dental experience in the same or similar role**:

- Strong computer literacy - possessing strong skills in use of software programs and able to troubleshoot where required
- Willingness to assist clinically if and when required from time to time would be highly regarded

**Duties include**:

- Contribute and help to build the success of our team
- Provide high-quality people management and office administration coordination
- Acting as a first point of contact for all internal and external contacts
- Use of systems - compliance with reporting as required
- Front office reception work - answering incoming calls, making outbound calls and processing patient accounts is an integral part of this role
- Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff
- Ability to nurture and educate potential patients before they come in for their initial consultation
- Monitor compliance by making sure service agreements, schedules and documentation are up to date and compliant
- Assist in generating sustainable new business revenue via approaches and negotiations with warm and cold prospects
- Intuitive and responsive to new online and incoming telephone enquiries
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Previous experience with dental software (D4W) highly regarded, although not necessary
