**About the Role**

Seeking a **Part Time **Front Office Administrator to join our Federation Glenroy Lifestyle Community on an initial 9 month fixed term contract. This role will be approximately 20 hours per week.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Process cash, credit card and debit card payments, ensuring correct procedures are followed
- Assist guests and residents with all questions and reasonable requests
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours if necessary, with prospective guests / residents
- Use of computer programmes (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents
- Attend to general receptionist duties including filing and any other duties as assigned by management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive team player
- Well organised and time conscious
- Confident and proficient at dealing with people
- Keen eye for detail
