**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain talent pools and ensure all vacancies are filled within the target time
- Coordinate the compliance process
- Manage the JobAdder recruitment database system
- Prior experience in a role dealing with a high volume of people with challenging deadlines or targets
- Proven ability to self motivate, working at a fast pace in a small team
- Experience with database
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Pro-active approach
