**How will you contribute?**

We are seeking an exceptional Wellbeing & Diversity Business Partner to join our People and Culture (P&C) team and play a key role in providing advice and support in the areas of diversity, wellbeing and work health and safety (WHS).

This role will report to the Director, People & Culture and the key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Director, People & Culture to develop and maintain the Audit Office’s diversity, inclusion and accessibility framework and roadmap, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy, and the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Framework.
- Leading the implementation of the Audit Office’s Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility Roadmap to ensure we have a diverse workplace, one that is representative of our community and where individuals feel valued, respected, and included.
- Leading the implementation of the Audit Office’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy to create a supportive work environment within the Audit Office, where staff health and wellbeing is prioritised.
- Delivering the work health and safety function to ensure the Audit Office meets WHS legislative requirements. This includes the areas of WHS policies and procedures, WHS Committee, WHS risk register, injury management, workers compensation, workplace assessments, workplace inspections, and the WHS action plan.
- Undertaking coordination, administration, and regular reporting activities in relation to the achievement of the Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility Roadmap, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy and WHS in general, including relevant targets and key performance indicators to enable effective delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies and initiatives for improving diversity, wellbeing and WHS outcomes in the Office.
- Evaluating diversity and wellbeing programs and initiatives and propose adjustments as needed.
- Providing timely advice, guidance and coaching to the business in the areas of diversity, wellbeing, and WHS.

**What will you need to succeed?**

You will also need:

- Tertiary qualification in an appropriate people or business discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience in work health and safety and/or diversity including developing and continuously improving programs, processes and practices.
- Strong administration and organisational skills and experience
- Australian permanent resident or citizen or New Zealand citizen

**What are the benefits?**

On offer is a total remuneration package (including superannuation) from **$110,662 to $139,557 **per annum depending on experience, skills and capabilities. You will also have access to flexible work practices and arrangements.
