**Your role**

The HR Advisor is a trusted advisor who partners with the business and other areas within the organisation, to deliver best practice HR services and advice to ensure the business achieves its objectives and strategic priorities.

As part of the Human Resources Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop and implement operational and strategic workforce plans, implement organisational changes and reforms, and provide expert advice and coaching to managers across a broad range of HR matters. These matters include but are not limited to job design, staff recruitment and selection, establishment management, individual performance management and resolution of workplace issues (grievances).

**What we’re looking for**
- A well-rounded HR generalist with demonstrated experience working with a range of different stakeholders across multiple worksites.
- Someone who has strong listening skills, with the ability to get to the root cause of the matter by asking effective questions.
- An engaging communicator who enjoys negotiating and influencing outcomes.
- Someone who thrives on building and maintaining strong relationships with different stakeholders.
- A leader who can coach, develop and support managers at all levels.
- A true strategic thinker, confident in your ability to undertake research and analysis and present your recommendations clearly, promoting workforce strategies that will support service and business improvements.
- Someone who is able to effectively manage complex and sensitive competing priorities.
