**Customer Strategy and Technology**

The Customer Strategy and Technology team leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We set the future direction of mobility in NSW and shape a world-class transport system for our customers, industry and communities.

**About the Team**

We are the custodians of the Wayfinding systems for Transport in NSW.

The Wayfinding Design Lead contributes towards the following day to day responsibilities:

- Completing design site surveys and audits, completing flow plans and undertaking issues analysis
- Preparing design documentation packages including detailed Wayfinding sign, message and location plans
- Managing external design contractors to complete design and documentation packages
- Representing the team in the preparation of new Wayfinding solutions with multiple stakeholder groups

**The Opportunity**

Right now we have an exciting opportunity for a Wayfinding Design Lead to join the Wayfinding team within Customer Strategy & Experience division.

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis and located at Sydney CBD with flexible work practices.

**About You**

You will have proven management, operational and organisational qualities with experience working in a likeminded fast paced environment. You are an affective communicator, with experience working with multiple stakeholder groups with concurrent or conflicting programs of work.

**Salary and Benefits**

Wayfinding Design Lead TFNSW Grade 8 $123,470 - $138,284 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
