Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising user journeys?

If so, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Wayfinding Strategist to collaborate with a long term client to create intuitive and efficient navigation solutions, enhancing user journeys within the urban design space. Our client works on a range of projects within many different industries such as transportation networks, accomodation providers as well as within tourism. This role is on a permanent basis and is based in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Decision Point Identification**: Recognise pivotal decision points in environments and formulate strategic guidance to streamline choices, enhancing user satisfaction and overall navigation efficiency.
- **Information Hierarchy Dissection**: Utilise your meticulous attention to detail to break down intricate information hierarchies, structuring and presenting data in a manner that enables users to make well-informed decisions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in documenting pedestrian flows, interpreting crowd movement data, and implementing optimisations.
- Proficiency in dissecting complex information hierarchies and translating them into user-friendly formats.
