Uplift Recruitment, a boutique recruitment agency known for its collaborative and transparent work culture, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to drive success and grow the company to the next stage.

Working alongside the Director, this is an autonomous role allowing you to bring your creative ideas to the table and play a pivotal role in strategy.

Driving the success of the current team through team training sessions, 1 on 1 coaching and rolling up your sleeves to add support is a key part of this position.

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry
- Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practice
