As a Product Owner in the APRA Remediation Tribe, our mission is to improve the end-to-end Business Lending ecosystem by refining processes, implementing a new system and strengthening the risk management framework and infrastructure. With the customer at the heart of your decision making, the Product Owner will constantly prioritise the work and backlog for the squad to ensure we are strategically aligned to our mission and all other interdependencies. You will drive faster, and more informed decision making, removing friction to deliver a world class experience. Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver at pace.

What will your day look like

You will be an integral part of the initiative to transform the current Business Lending ecosystem by delivering the Commercial Lending Platform. You squad is one of two Configuration squads, whose role is to design, build and test the platform. The new commercial lending platform will be integrated with other ANZ systems to drive a seamless banker experience, covering all credit origination and management activities to replace legacy systems and manual processes.
