About the program
As a Finance Graduate working at Airbus Australia Pacific, you will utilise your training and experience to gain valuable industry experience in our Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Tax and Program Controlling teams.
As one of our graduates, you will be offered professional growth through a structured program where you will complete 3 - 4 rotations through different business units (a minimum of 6 months per rotation) across a two year timeframe. Working alongside our Managers, Team Leads and Subject Matter Experts, you can gain exposure to different areas of the business. This provides a unique on-the-job training experience.
During the graduate program, you can also utilise our internal mentoring scheme and attend courses tailored to help you grow in both technical and soft skills both in person and online.
About the role
To be a successful you will need to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to live our Airbus Values of Respect, Reliability, Creativity, Integrity and Teamwork.
You can anticipate some of your day-to-day activities to include:

- Assisting with End of Month Process Reconciliations and Analysis
- Assisting with Intercompany transactional improvement process
- Assisting with cost centre budgets and performance measurement
- Treasury management and working capital follow ups
- Cost Control monitoring and follow ups
- Assisting with program budgeting and dashboards

About you
To be eligible for our Graduate Program, we look for the following:

- Tertiary qualifications majoring in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
- The capacity for self-directed task management in a fast paced environment and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Due to the nature of our biggest customer, the Australian Defence Force, you will need to be an Australian Citizen to obtain security clearance
