IDEAL Plan Management is a division of Nexia Canberra Chartered Accountants and provides financial administration services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the customer service and finance function across the Division. You will be a highly motivated individual with a proven record of achievements, enabling you to learn quickly within a fast paced and service-oriented environment.

Joining our team of dedicated professionals, you will be contributing to the effective delivery of high-quality support to our clients in a timely manner.

It is essential for you to have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills working with various members of the team and liaising with external stakeholders.

**POSITION PROFILE**
- Provide timely and accurate payments to service providers and clients
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries ensuring that information provided is accurate and in accordance with APES, NDIS Act, QSC and other federal and state/territory policies in relation to the provision of plan management services.
- Assist in lodging claims to the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency).
- Reconcile payments to service providers and clients.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, support coordinators, service providers and NDIA.
- Other general administrative tasks as required including accurately maintaining database records and other duties to support the operations of the NDIS Ideal Plan Management team.

**Skills & Experience Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications will be highly desirable
- Positive team player attitude with a customer-centric focus
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational, time management skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel will be highly desirable
