Buylink is an Australian owned procurement services company and part of the Cater Care Group. Supporting the food service delivery operations for over 200 sites nationally our markets include the Retail, Education, Aged care, Health, Defence and Mining sectors. Due to the company's growth there is an exciting opportunity within our Procurement team.

**Job Description**:
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Liaising with our clients and suppliers to ensure efficient operational outcomes from suppliers in regard to supplier delivery times, product quality, product specification & business requirements
Data entry and maintenance of catalogued items in ordering system
Key Point of contact for our internal customers for operational issues
Liaising with internal finance team in regard to customer billing & invoicing enquiries
Basic analytical support where needed to the Procurement team
Liaising with freight forwarders for on transport of food & related consumables to our customer sites

Data entry and IT skills supported by knowledge and ability in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and / or google sheets
This role is ideal for a recent university graduate (Bachelor of Business, procurement, logistics) interested in starting a career in the exciting field of procurement and supply chain.
The role is office based in Kew, Melbourne.
