**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. The role is permanent full-time and immediate start. Supporting the management team, you will have a day full of variety - from engaging with residents, their families and our team members to standard administrative tasks. This position will suit someone who is outgoing, friendly and who relates well to the elderly.

**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Filing & archiving
- General typing and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments as needed

**About you**:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
- Experienced working within a busy and constantly changing environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Bubbly personality
- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative assistance in an efficient and effective manner
- Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as an Administrator and the ability to deal with complex client needs and in crisis intervention.**
