3m Anz Corporate Regulatory Analyst

**Job Description**:
- Identifies, plans, recommends and leads regulatory compliance programs for 3M Australia and New Zealand.
- Responsible for regulatory program outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple functions and/or organizations.
- Maintains a strong operational knowledge of regulations requirements, products, 3M Regulatory systems and internal and external networks. Pursues continuing education and develops advance knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Complies with professional and quality standards, corporate policies, and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.
- Provide regular training to marketing, Application Engineering, Sourcing, Supply planning on Regulatory requirements and changes.
- Coordinates or participates in product response issues
Qualifications/Background:
- Bachelor or advanced degree in physical, biological, environmental, statistical, mathematical or engineering science or equivalent experience through training is generally required.
- Three years’ experience in chemical regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrable experience or qualifications in regulatory chemical compliance.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external activities relative related to regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by presentation, training and report writing.
- Evidence of accuracy in dealing with detailed work.
- Able to balance multiple tasks and prioritise work.
- Effective in conflict and emergency situations.
- Demonstrated networking with regulatory key opinion leaders.
- Ability to energize and influence others without authority.
- Team player assisting in the aims of peer groups and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively seeks to implement permanent process improvements.
- Customer-focused, helpful disposition.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Able to work effectively on long-term projects.
- Demonstrates performance as a self-starter requiring little supervision.
