**About the Company**

Our Client is national electrical componant supplier across Australia.

**About the Role**

Due to recent growth, our client expanding its Internal Sales team located in Brisbane and are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking sales professional.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to reach new customers in targeted market segments.
- Internal Database Management to seek and re-engage customers.
- Assist with inbound sales calls for both new and existing customers accordingly.
- Follow up and respond to customer inquiries with viable and sound solutions.
- Identify larger opportunities to Sales Management to maximize potential revenue.
- Maintain a strong and consistent work-ethic to accomplish team objectives.
- Meet monthly KPI's.
- Effectively engage with management to resolve potential problems.
- Set follow up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Cross sell relevant products when desired equipment may be unavailable.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience in high-volume sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- **_Experience within trade or electrical field highly advantageous_**:

- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Honest, hardworking and solutions focused.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Proven customer services experience.
- Detail oriented.
