The Chief Technology Office (CTO) team ensures that CommBank has a world-class Technology capability and is at the forefront of technology, using innovative and emerging technology to help our customers and support our Group Strategy.

Our purpose is to enable the Group’s strategic priority to deliver global best digital experiences and technology by building world-class Tech services and accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies.

**Do work that matters**:
As a Comms and Change Manager you will lead initiatives impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively and deliver high quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. Working closely with the Product Owner, scrum team, other Change Managers and key stakeholders to understand and manage the comms and change for CTO initiatives.

This key role will manage various critical elements of the delivery of our change programs and responsibilities include:

- Lead the effective delivery of the change solution; working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach; developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.
- Provide change advice to delivery teams; stakeholders and senior leaders; working as a key business partner/advisor.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
- Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress /adoption / sustainability
- Develop creative assets for internal channels to support broader campaigns
