**About this role**

As part of a dynamic and results-driven team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding effective communications across the NSW Health system. We are looking for an experienced communication coordinator to support the delivery of communication projects, campaigns and events including the NSW Health Awards.

The Annual NSW Health Awards is a major project and will work with the events officer to coordinate the nomination and judging process, organising filming of the finalists and the development of video packages to promote the event. You will work with the team to deliver the major event at the ICC. The role also supports the delivery of smaller internal and corporate events including staff engagement and some stakeholder events.

**Crown Clerk 5/6**, salary from $89,707 - $98,982 p.a. (plus Super and annual leave loading)

**About you**
We are seeking motivated individual with strong coordination, organisation skills, and event management with experience in:

- Supporting the implementation of project plans for major corporate campaigns and events
- Supporting the planning and delivery of the NSW Health Awards
- Working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate filming and editing
- Capturing analytics, data and sentiment to help inform ways of improvement.
- Coordinating the delivery of communication content
