We are thrilled to announce that our Hobart team is expanding Our success in delivering exceptional projects has led to exciting opportunities for Civil Engineers, Senior Civil Engineers and Senior Associate Civil Engineers looking to join our dynamic Roads and Highways Team. You will bring your expertise in infrastructure design and team leadership to manage a diverse range of projects. Your role will involve tackling complex engineering challenges, overseeing large-scale projects, and leading multidisciplinary teams. As a seasoned expert, you will drive strategic initiatives, mentor emerging talent, and spearhead innovative solutions that shape the future of our environment.
These roles are integral to the continued success and growth of our Roads & Highways section. Candidates who join us will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, providing expert consultancy and engineering services. You will be instrumental in executing projects, leveraging your skills to develop comprehensive road and civil design documentation. Additionally, you will provide solutions, that align with the latest industry, client, and international standards. These positions offer a dynamic work environment where innovative and effective engineering solutions are at the forefront of what we do.
Here's what you'll need
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in Road and Highway design and Project Management
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external
