- Communication and achievement of Retail Targets and KPI’s
- Manage, develop and lead your team by example, demonstrating Superior Customer Service Execution of the Brands Retail & Marketing Strategy
- Maintain, develop, and oversee Customer VIP Program
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated Retail Management experience
- Strong Retail & Business acumen
- Experience of leading teams to deliver Five-Star Retail Customer Service
- A passion for Luxury Beauty and Make Up Artistry
- Strong Communication & Coaching Skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
