**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events and Facilities Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for a wide range of functions, including events, facilities, reception, travel and so much more.

**Responsibilities**:
**What We Expect**:

- **Events**- partnering with our **global events team** to deliver unforgettable employee experiences. This includes tackling everything from administration to coordination, execution to clean up and everything in between such as scouting and booking venues, vendors, entertainment and so much more.
- ** Facilities**- the action this role takes greatly contributes to our employees feeling valued and inspired every day. From the carpark through to the on-site café, creating and maintaining our beautiful office environment and off-site facility is a critical part of this role. From sourcing and liaising with vendors through to emptying the dishwasher and styling our organic fruit supply you take great pride and satisfaction in providing all our employees (including you) an amazing place to work.
- ** Office**- from soy milk to stationery, this role is responsible for maintaining, replenishing, and ordering supplies for the office and off-site property. The role also coordinates with vendors to organise preventative and scheduled maintenance, repair services and upgrade of building, car parks and/or company equipment.
- ** Reception**- meet, greet and provide exceptional hospitality to employees and visitors in a professional, positive, and welcoming manner. Handle incoming calls and deliveries.
- ** Other**- General office admin (petty cash, building access etc.) and monitoring and responding to facility inquiries. Back up support for the Warehouse coordinator and additional projects as they arise.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience, in administration, events, facilities, reception and executive support.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional manner.
- Clear communication style, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution focused, with an outstanding ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Self-driven, able to use initiative to find information that may not be readily available.
- Confident and strong relationship building skills.
- Professional maturity, particularly about confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive information.
- Highly organised and resourceful, with ability to project manage and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a high intensity work environment.
- Intermediate to advanced levels of Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Current drivers licence
