**Client Service at Two Palms**:
The Client Service team at Two Palms Media are trusted advisors and partners to our clients. They are strategic thinkers and champions of excellence.

**The Role of Our Account Manager**:
Our Account Manager is responsible for leading key client relationships within their team portfolio, overseeing and mentoring junior team members day-to-day.

**The Bread & Butter of Being Our Account Manager**:
**Relationships**:

- Builds trusted relationships with mid level and junior clients alike, ensuring respect is core to each relationship
- The client’s go-to on the day-to-day
- Helps guide junior client service team members on the day-to-day, modelling collaborative and supportive behaviours, with an expectation of excellence
- Fosters tight knit relationships with colleagues, actively listening to and seeking guidance from others while building confidence in interrogating and challenging solutions

**Strategy**:

- Has a good understanding of the client’s business and category, and how TPM disciplines can support clients to achieve their goals
- Creates and manages adapt and task briefs
- Seeks opportunities to drive client growth across all disciplines, flagging with senior team members
- Interrogates solutions to briefs to ensure clients will be presented with solid rationales alongside ideas and recommendations, to facilitate buy-in

**Project Management**:

- Project lead
- Robust and accurate SOW development, mitigating risk and facilitating management of scope creep
- Creates project plans ensuring accuracy against SOW and viability to deliver (in conjunction with ops)
- Actively negotiates with team members to find solutions to resourcing challenges

**Commercial Management**:

- Supports senior team in developing client business plans and executing against these
- Ensures all projects are correctly forecast, including accurate projection of revenue by month
- Tracks and flags any shifts in revenue throughout project progression
- Ensures minimum 90% recovery rate is delivered across all projects

- You are a beginner at facilitating conflict resolution
- You have solid emotional intelligence and are learning how to use empathy to manage your clients and team
- You take responsibility for your own growth and play an active role in seeking out opportunities to further your education both formally and informally
- You are resilient, able to tackle and overcome challenges, and actively seek support when needed to do so
