**The Role**
Plan and shape infrastructure to meet the needs of children and families.

This role is critical in planning for the delivery of the early years’ infrastructure pipeline, ensuring that our range of early years’ facilities meet the needs of our rapidly growing, diverse community.

**About you**
You are passionate about how community infrastructure can contribute to vibrant, strong communities.

Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes:

- A tertiary qualification in early childhood services, project management, construction or related field combined with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of community service and infrastructure planning in a local government setting.
- An understanding of ‘Best Start, Best Life’ reform.
- A curious mindset and commitment to best practice and innovation.
- Strategic and critical thinking ability, capable of identifying areas for improvement, developing a range of options and generating solutions.
- Able to work in multi-disciplinary teams and build collaborative working relationships with internal and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prepare concise and clearly written reports and explain complex matters to a diverse range of audiences.
