About the Team
SprayLIne Road Services is a commercialised division within the Network Operations Division of Transport Services, and provides road maintenance services, construction and associated civil works, bituminous spray sealing and line marking to DoT, other state road authorities, municipal councils, and private industry.
About the Opportunity
Manager Maintenance Delivery manages 2 depots with over 50 direct and indirect staff, and a budget exceeding $30M while ensuring a commercial return to the Department. This position within the SprayLine Road Services Network Operations division is also responsible for financial management, meeting contractual KPI's, stakeholder engagement and staff management and development functions, along with overseeing contract administration and procurement activities to ensure that the program of works within Eastern Metro Region achieves value for money.
About You

Ability to seek opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to innovate.
- Defines and maximises value add and/or return of investment in business cases, contract terms, or service delivery agreements.
- Uses broad understanding of procurement and finance concepts to inform expenditure decisions and manage risks.
- Ability to add value for the client or stakeholder, links people with other areas as appropriate while monitoring client and stakeholder satisfaction
- Establishes and implement actions to increase level of people engagement. Creates opportunities for recognising performance.
