**About your new job**
You will be leading from the front and leading by example. Duties will include but won’t be limited to the following
- Daily management of a team of 10 Contact Centre Agents
- Training, mentoring, developing and recruiting of Agents
- Responding to incoming online enquiries
- Ensuring Agent quality and compliance
- Manage the career growth and development of all Agents
- Providing regular coaching and development opportunities for all Agents
**About you**
- Proven Contact Centre Team Leading experience, ideally within the Telco environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to successfully navigate multiple systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in leading a high-performing team and maintaining high performance
- Willingness to lead from the front and work alongside the team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
