The Salesforce Administrator is key to the ongoing operation and support of the Salesforce team. You will be providing primary support to the user base that covers all aspects of the Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Community cloud offerings.

This role provides a mix of day-to-day BAU support coupled with a strong pipeline of continuous improvement enhancements. As the Salesforce Administrator you will be called upon to provide expert input into major projects that leverage, integrate, or otherwise involve aspects of Salesforce.

You will be working as part of the broader customer and digital domains which presents a great opportunity for exposure to the various digital technologies that support the digital and customer functions of the business.

You will be supporting an array of end users across all aspects of the business.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing a Salesforce Org in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvements and general Org health and maintenance activities.
- Experience across at least 3 of the following Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Community and Marketing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with delivery of solutions following an agile methodology.
- Demonstrated experience using Flows and Process Builder
- An understanding of the underlying technology such as triggers, Apex and common integration patterns
- Worked on large data migration projects and are familiar with the concepts and techniques of data governance and data quality.
- Capability managing deployments across Salesforce environments in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated administration experience with AppExchange packages such as Conga, Own Backup, DocuSign or similar.
- Certified as a Salesforce Administrator

As the primary administrator for the Salesforce Org, you will be liaising with key stakeholders on a regular basis. Typical day-to-day activities will include managing the BAU support queues, coordinating and working with the in-house Salesforce engineering team to deliver against the continuous improvement backlog.

You will provide input into several key Salesforce projects that are currently in the delivery phase and will be a key member involved in the transitioning of these projects into the BAU operating model.
