Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint 3 x Program Support Officers. These roles are required to provide support to project manage team consists of Project Managers, Quality Assurance Officers and senior managers for various state-wide programs as well as stand-alone capital projects.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Create and maintain project databases
- Data review, analysis and reporting
- Monitor and coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
- Administrative support to Project Managers
- Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues with internal and external customers

These roles will provide you with flexible work/life balance and the opportunity to broaden your skills with the view to potentially moving into other areas such as project management.

**What you bring to the role**
To be successful in these roles, you will:

- Demonstrate the capacity to process a large volume of data entry with accuracy whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail within strict deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to analyse complex information and transpose this data across multiple program databases including Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
- Have strong customer service skills and well-established communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Have a positive attitude, be flexible, take and follow direction easily and enjoy working as part of small team

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
