**THE ROLE**
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests upon arrival;
- You will be a part of an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job;
- The activation and recognition of loyalty will be taken to a new level at this property and driven through a whole-hotel approach;
- Ensure strict procedures are followed in regards to guest transportation, luggage collection and storage, and guest confidentiality and;
- Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates and general hotel information.

**THE CRITERIA**
- Prior Concierge experience is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Accor experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
- Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
- Flexible in the role - your duties may vary from day to day as required by Management - Front Desk duties and Concierge.
