Your new company is a multi-state powerhouse with extensive experience in piling and foundation works alongside various other areas of expertise. Due to expansion and successful tenders being won they are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Piling Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Role**:
As a Piling Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of piling equipment to drive piles into the ground for construction projects. Your expertise in operating and maintaining piling equipment will contribute to the successful completion of their projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control different types of piling equipment, including hydraulic hammers, pile drivers, and drilling rigs.
- Set up and prepare piling equipment for use, ensuring proper assembly and safety measures.
- Monitor and inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate piling methods and equipment.
- Drive piles into the ground according to project requirements and specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Collaborate with construction crews and other team members to coordinate piling activities with other construction tasks.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or operational issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including piling logs, equipment usage, and maintenance records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Piling Operator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different piling equipment, including hydraulic hammers, pile drivers, and drilling rigs.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to piling operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
