Our client is a highly skilled engineering and civil construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across QLD & NSW.

With a focus on safety, integrity, and efficiency, they specialize in earth retention, ground improvement, engineering and micro piling.

As a Piling Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining piling equipment efficiently and safely.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating various piling equipment such as hydraulic drills, cranes, and pile drivers.
  • Driving and positioning piles into the ground according to project specifications.
  • Conducting routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Piling Operator in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in operating piling equipment including hydraulic drills, cranes, and pile drivers.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Valid driver's license and construction white card.
  • Prior experience in construction of bored, CFA and secant piling is highly regarded._
