Our client, a Geotechnical Contracting company that utilises a wide range of Ground Engineering techniques to provide an innovative approach to the construction of structural foundations, ground improvement and retaining structures, is currently seeking a number of Piling Supervisors to join their team

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and coordinating all projects on the Gold Coast and full project delivery.
- Oversee the management of projects from conception to completion.
- Manage and lead a site team, overseeing heavy plant operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverable are of high quality.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Foundation and Piling Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of piling techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management.
