**The role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Asset and Vendor Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the Head of Technology Operations, you will be instrumental in driving data-based insights and contribute to developing and implementing sustainable process and methodologies.

You will gain exposure across a variety of categories of spend and will have the ability to influence, promote change and deliver great commercial outcomes. This role would be highly suited to motivated, self-starters who are passionate about Finance, Data, Technology procurement and is excited to join our journey in developing and shaping our Digital First strategy for future growth

**Key responsibilities**:

- This role is End-To-End Vendor Management Lifecycle:

- Documentation and administration of contracts, purchase orders & invoicing
- Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting on spend against budgets.
- Managing, assessing & reporting on Vendor Delivery against SLAs
- Contribute to the ongoing Technology Operations Strategy with knowledge of vendor offerings and opportunities for cost-control
- Ensure software and hardware assets are managed effectively, identifying cost savings, and maximizing ROI.
- Ability to manage vendor queries, correspondence, dispute management and licensing renewals.

**Experience, Education & Skills required**:

- Undergraduate Degree in a relevant discipline
- 2-3 years in a procurement or contract management commercially focused environment, ideally within an MSP or other Technology environment
- Understanding of procurement processes, activities, and market trends.
- Advanced Excel skills and superb data collection and analytic skills to support great decision-making.
- Use your data and analytic skills to develop tools and insights to support a winning Technology function.
- Experience in the development, implementation, management, and administration of contracts
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally and be an advocate for a transparent procurement culture
- Be a team player, who is positive, proactive and collaborative.
- Naturally curious with a willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude.
- Ability to read, understand and report on financial data at once.
- A problem solver with a flexible approach to work and ability to manage multiple tasks
