Highly passionate about guest experience? The Star Sydney has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a **Guest Services Attendant** In this role, you will complete car park validations whilst also handling all customer queries with your in-depth knowledge of the business, products and current promotions.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service
- Previous experiences with Opera is advantageous
- Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
