**About the Role**
As a Gift Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assist in the coordination of the annual gift compliance program. You will report to the Gift Compliance Lead and triage and manage gift inquiries, as well as assist in training and information-sharing workshops. This is a crucial role in supporting the University in meeting its trustee obligations and promoting a university-wide culture of continuous improvement for gift administration.

Responsibilities include:

- Triage gift compliance enquiries and coordinate responses with the Gift Compliance Lead, Legal Services, Finance Services and the Gift Coordination Team in Advancement.
- Proactively review, consolidate, update and enhance Gift related ServiceNow Knowledge based articles and other gift compliance related material.
- Support the Gift Compliance Lead in the design and delivery of training programs and information sharing workshops.
- Review documents that record the administrative arrangements for gift implementation (Gift Governance Records).

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in problem-solving and sound judgement. Additionally, you should possess strong written communication skills and a high level of presentation ability to deliver complex information to diverse audiences. Your organisational and time management skills, along with attention to detail will contribute to your success in the role.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
