**ABOUT THE COMPANY** - Located within Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs, the Dealership is part of a Large Privately Owned Dealership Group, housing a well-known global lifestyle brand.

**ABOUT THE ROLE** - Reporting to the Dealer Principal & GM of Marketing, your primary job function is to implement, maintain and review a wide variety of marketing activities in line with the customer journey. The focus of this position is developing and implementing campaigns right through to measuring and reporting of dealership / location marketing activities against KPI’s and budget.

**YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;**
- Support management in ensuring timely online advertising for vehicles, including data and photo uploads into aggregation inventory systems and website publishing
- Assist in coordinating the monthly marketing plan and budget for various advertising initiatives, led by the Departmental Manager and General Manager.
- Help monitor and collect customer feedback, including online reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook, and share this information with relevant team members.
- Provide support to department managers regarding marketing and advertising initiatives in place. Assist in managing relationships with third-party suppliers and external platforms. Following up on communications sent to customers, monitor KPI’s and report to DP.
- Work with internal advertising agencies (e.g., ALX Growth Media) to execute advertising campaigns across appropriate channels in a timely and cost-effective manner, from graphic design to media booking.
- Assist advertising campaigns by working with suppliers for content, this also includes weekly meetings. This may involve tasks like supporting the digital advertising with social content schedules, graphic design coordination and media booking. Proofreading content to ensure it meets advertising guidelines/compliance requirements is also priority.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer records (including privacy flags for marketing communications).
- Assist in customer concerns received online, ensuring correct contact details, and following up on communications sent to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to learn and promote the effective use of social digital media channels when necessary and then to assist training other employees.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and colleagues.
- Perform other marketing-related/online merchandising duties as required.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR;**
- Bachelors degree in marketing / business or related field
- Automotive Experience - desirable but not necessary
- At least one year experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience designing and developing successful campaigns.
- Passion for Marketing
- Understand the entire marketing mix including digital
- Managing various stakeholders externally and internally
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
